Word on the street (that is, Gamertag Radio) is that a major Xbox announcement is dropping tomorrow, set to coincide with the final round of the Pac-Man World Championship. Microsoft's Aaron Greenberg dropped the hint via an instant message session with GTR's Godfree. What the hell is this announcement about? We have no idea, only Greenberg's cryptic words, "we have a secret unveil for gamers around the world that I think will go down in video game history."
What in the world could it possibly be? Does it have anything to do with Ignition, Microsoft's new music initiative? We've contacted Microsoft to see if we can dig anything up, and we'll let you know as soon as we hear anything.
In the meantime, start speculating! What could it be?
Update: We've learned from Aaron Greenberg that the announcement will take place tomorrow between 12:30 and 1:30 pm Eastern Time. And, before this gets out of hand, we've heard rumblings that this announcement won't be huge, but that it should be relatively cool nonetheless.
Aaron Greenberg is part of the live arcade division, so it will most likely be somthing regarding that. Cannot wait!

That is what I was thinking! What the hell does it matter if those 2D mazes are drawn by Bill Gates or someone who created pacman 50years ago. Next we are seeing Tetris as a downloadable arcade game and it costs 40$ because those blocks are drawn by original creator of tetris AND there is one new block exclusively on XBLA!

pack man and music videos - to be blunt, that sucks!
you can prob buy packman handheld game on sale in a Pound store - as for music videos, i got like 20 TV channels of 24hr music videos why would i waste my bandwidth on MS no doubt add supported choice of only 7 music videos.
MS need to step up their game instead of trying to rebrand prehistoric rubbish as some thing new and amazing - because its not, its *** old and every one knows it.

Maybe it wasn't Pac Man being announced after alll.
Look at the gamertag on the big screen. Could they have actually been announcing a demo for this game.

Honestly, is this even news? This IS a historic moment. For being the lamest announcement that has even been announced. Worms and Speedball announcements are way better than this pile of trash.
I'll be curious to see how this "historic" announcement compares to this one:

I fail to see a reason to make a post about it.
Also, the "Biggy thing" was rumors only, however, the hype was lowered down the same day, saying it was a Pacman related announcement.
If there's something you could be sick about, is of sites desperatedly in need of more clicks.

LOL ---- I love the updated title [It's Pacman] --- HAHAHA what a crock of $@#!.
What I want are some more Lode Runner levels for the Apple II E --- anyone remember that game???? Or maybe a revamped Sneakers game. Or how about a rerelease of Sticky Bear Bop ---- that was my very first video game, as like a 2 year old.
